 your hand-cut
steak is the finest custom aged, U.S.D.A. Choice Midwestern
beef. Never frozen, we cut it by hand to a thickness that
preserves its juices and flavor during cooking. We broil your
steak exactly the way you like it, in a specially built high
temperature broiler at 1800 degrees to seal in the flavorful
juices.
We have a variety of broiled steaks, Porterhouse, New
York Strip, Tenderloin, Rib Eye,
T-Bone and our Sebastian's Special.
Besides our variety of broiled steaks we serve prime rib, baby
back pork ribs, marinated grilled chicken, grilled and deep
fried shrimp, catch of the day, sandwiches, salads, soups and
homemade appetizers. |
