John and Brenda Thompson have 25 years of experience in collecting and restoring antiques.  Their emphasis is on furniture, offering a vast array of Victorian, Mission, and other primitive furniture.  They also carry early lighting items and some arts and crafts.
What started out as a hobby has now turned into a business.  They worked part time out of their home for many years and when John retired from State Service in March of 2000,  he and his wife Brenda decided to open their own antique shop.  They travel out East and throughout the Midwest to find true antiques and not collectibles. 

John also provides some of the best refinishing and restoration techniques in the state.  He does everything by hand, from stripping to the final finish.

With so many many years of experience in dealing with antiques, John and Brenda have a lot to share with their customers.  In fact, they offer classes at various times throughout the year to help educate the antique enthusiasts.
