Maintenance & Grounds Care -
We have our own staff to handle minor
repairs, maintenance and grounds care. Rubina Apartments will utilize private
contractors for large or complex jobs. If an outside contractor is
utilized, management will escort them into your unit, remain
until the work is done and re-secure your apartment.
