Nurturing Our Most Precious Resource

Mission Statement - The mission of the Moraine Park Technical College Child Development Center is to serve as an exemplary learning center for the students in the child care cluster of programs while implementing quality educational and business practices.  The center will provide preschool and child care service for Moraine Park students, staff and community.

A high-quality program provides a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the physical, social emotional and intellectual development of young children.

Eligibility

We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, socioeconomic background or special needs.  The children of Moraine Park Technical College students, staff and the community of Fond du Lac are eligible for the program.  Children between the ages of six (6) weeks and up to and including six (6) years are eligible for enrollment.  Parents may enroll their children by completing forms available from Tiny Tech.  A waiting list is compiled if placement is not immediately available.

Calendar

Hours of operation are from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  No child may attend more than 10 hours per day.

Requirements

Children attending either preschool or extended day care must be enrolled for a minimum of two days per week, in blocks of at least three hours.

Daily Schedule

Daily activities and play experiences are planned in accordance with the ages, developmental levels and interests of the children.  The infant program provides a loving environment for your child in which to grow, to be happy and to be safe.  It includes free play, outdoor play, guided learning (which includes large muscle development, socialization, and exposure to art and music activities), meals, snacks and rest.
